Heather Ludvigson

Heather Ludvigson, LCSW, MPH, is a seasoned professional in health care and social work, currently serving as Senior Director of Strategy & Operations for Consumer and Patient Experience at Kaiser Permanente since July 2019. Ludvigson's extensive experience includes roles such as Chief Of Staff in the Office of the Chief Health Officer and various managerial positions focused on care coordination. Prior to joining Kaiser Permanente, Ludvigson worked at Satellite Healthcare/WellBound, and held position as Center Manager and Lead Social Worker. Additional experience includes community outreach as a Community & Youth Advisor with the Peace Corps and diverse social work roles at University of Iowa Health Care and Emma Goldman Clinic. Ludvigson holds a Master’s Degree in Public Health and a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Iowa, along with a Bachelor’s degree in Spanish from the same institution.
