Karen Chin

Karen Chin, PharmD, has extensive experience in the pharmacy field, having served in various leadership roles at Kaiser Permanente since 1997, including Director of the National Specialty Pharmacy Program and Services, Pharmacy Operations Manager, and Clinical Pharmacy Supervisor. Additionally, Karen was a Fellow at the California Health Care Foundation from October 2019 to May 2022 and served as a member of the ASHP Specialty Pharmacy Executive Committee from August 2018 to October 2019. Educational credentials include a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of the Pacific, a Graduate from the Pharmacy Leadership Institute at the University of California, San Francisco, and a Specialized Pharmacy Practice Residency in Geriatrics at the Veterans Affairs Medical Center in West Los Angeles. Karen also holds a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from the University of California, Davis.
