Michael Baldi is an accomplished healthcare professional with extensive experience in both civilian and military sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Accreditation, Regulation, & Licensing and Risk Management & Patient Safety at Kaiser Permanente since July 2017, Michael has a proven track record in compliance, ethics, and patient safety initiatives. Previously held roles include Program Manager, where responsibilities encompassed project management and regulatory compliance, and Senior Consultant focused on performance improvement. Michael's military background includes various leadership positions in the US Army, such as Senior Director overseeing healthcare operations and Battalion Support, where strategic management and operational readiness were paramount. Michael holds an MBA from the University of California, Davis, and a BA in History from the University of Portland.
