Mike Bray

Mike Bray is an accomplished security professional with extensive experience in healthcare and law enforcement. Currently serving as the Director of Security Programs and Support Services for Kaiser Permanente's Northern California Region since June 2023, Mike is responsible for the Healthcare Protection Officer program and K9 Pilot development. Prior to this role, Mike held the position of Sr. Director at Blackstone Consulting, Inc., focusing on security programs for Kaiser Permanente. Mike's career includes significant leadership in the Sacramento Police Department, retiring as Deputy Chief of Police after nearly three decades, overseeing various specialized divisions. Educational qualifications include a Master of Arts in Leadership from Saint Mary's College and certifications from prestigious institutions such as the FBI National Academy and California POST Command College.
