Rochelle Benning

Rochelle Benning serves as Chief of Staff and Executive Director for Technology Risk Strategic Services at Kaiser Permanente, leading the operational aspects of the Technology Risk Organization, which encompasses Cyber Security, IT Compliance, and Health IT Strategy. Benning partners closely with the Chief Technology Risk Officer on various operational functions, including strategic initiatives and finance. Additionally, Benning is a Pahara Aspen Fellow, participating in a leadership development model designed to inspire impactful leadership. As a co-founder and Board Chairman of the East Bay Innovation Academy, a public charter school in Oakland, California, Benning promotes a rigorous STEAM curriculum for diverse students. Previous experiences include leadership roles in internal audit at Charles Schwab and finance operations at Levi Strauss & Company across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. Benning holds an MBA in Marketing/International Business and a BS in International Business from San Francisco State University.
