Sam Merlin

Sam Merlin has extensive experience in IT management and engineering, currently serving as the Director of IT Platform Engineering at Kaiser Permanente. Previously, Sam held multiple managerial roles, including Manager of IT Design & Integration and Manager of IT WPP PS. Prior to Kaiser Permanente, Sam was the Regional IT Manager, Sr. for the MEA region and the Director of Global Infrastructure Operations at APL. Additionally, Sam served as the Director of Delivery Services at APL Ltd. Sam holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Flight Engineer/CPL from the Federal Aviation Administration, California, completed between 1976 and 1980.
