Shelby Decosta is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in health care business development and strategic leadership. Currently serving as Chief Business Development Officer at Kaiser Permanente since July 2024, Shelby previously held multiple senior roles at UCSF Health, including President of UCSF Health Affiliates Network and Chief Market Development Officer. Shelby's board involvement includes positions with MarinHealth, BayHealth LLC, Canopy Health, and By The Bay Health. Prior experience encompasses leadership roles at Trinity Health, Dignity Health, and intern positions at Kaiser Permanente. Shelby holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Promotion & Disease Prevention and a Master of Health Administration, both from the University of Southern California.
