Tc Roady

TC Roady currently serves as the AVP of Regulatory Affairs and Risk Officer at LIBERTY Dental Plan since September 2021. Previously, TC Roady held multiple positions at CalOptima, including Director of Regulatory Affairs & Compliance and Interim Executive Director of Compliance, from May 2012 to August 2021. Early career experiences include roles as a Graduate Assistant at The University of Georgia, Commissioner for the City of Brea, and various internships with local government offices and the U.S. House of Representatives. TC Roady holds a Bachelor of Science in Policy Analysis and Management from Cornell University, a Master of Public Administration from The University of Georgia, and a Certificate in Enterprise Risk Management from UCLA Extension. Additional educational experiences include study abroad programs at the German University of Administrative Sciences Speyer and the University of the West Indies, Cave Hill, Barbados.
