Wesley Baum

Wesley Baum, MBA-POM, is a seasoned health care administrator currently serving as the Director of Operations at Kaiser Permanente. Previously, they held various leadership roles at Avamere Family of Companies, including Director of Operations, Human Resources Manager, and Finance Manager, from 2014 to 2018. They also served as Safety Manager at Oregon State University from 2009 to 2012. Wesley earned a Bachelor of Science in Health/Health Care Administration/Management from Oregon State University and a Master of Business Administration in Project Management from American Business & Technology University.
