Joni Stiles

Joni Stiles is an accomplished finance professional with extensive experience in accounting and finance roles. Currently serving as a Senior Accountant at Kaivac, Inc. since September 2023, Joni previously held the position of Controller at LNS North America and worked as a Financial Analyst at Foxtail Foods. With a foundational career that includes positions as Assistant Controller and Corporate Accountant at JBM Packaging, as well as Cost Accountant at The Armor Group, Joni began as a Senior Accountant at NFI Quick Pak. Joni holds an MBA in Human Resources and a BSBA in Finance from Xavier University, complemented by education at Mother of Mercy High School.
