Minesh Rathod

Minesh Rathod currently serves as Senior Executive in Partnership & Donor Management at Piramal Foundation since September 2023. Previously, Minesh worked as Financial Services Manager at Vrutti - Livelihood Impact Partners from April 2022 to March 2023, where responsibilities included supporting 5,000 women fish vendors through financial and digital literacy initiatives, bank linkages, microinsurance, and entrepreneurship development. Prior experience also includes a role as Project Executive at DHAN Foundation between July 2019 and November 2021, focusing on the Kalanjiam Community Banking Programme in Maharashtra, specifically working with Women Self-Help Groups (SHGs) and managing two federations. Minesh holds a Postgraduate Degree in Commerce from Mumbai University, alongside multiple degrees in management and financial management, culminating in a PGD in Development Management from The DHAN Academy.
