Saifur Rahman

Saifur Rahman is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in social development and program leadership. Currently serving as Senior Program Leader at Piramal Foundation since June 2018, Saifur contributes to the Aspirational District Program of NITI Aayog in Bahraich, focusing on enhancing the Government Education and Health System at the district level through strategic planning and stakeholder collaboration. Previously, as a Program Leader in the Transformation of Aspirational Districts program, Saifur facilitated the convergence of various schemes and promoted district-level competition. Earlier experience includes serving as a Gandhi Fellow from July 2016 to May 2018, participating in a program designed to cultivate leadership among young individuals from prestigious Indian colleges. Saifur holds a Master of Social Work degree from Maulana Azad National Urdu University and a Bachelor of Arts in Arabic Language and Literature from Aligarh Muslim University.
