Kris Kilpatrick

Kris Kilpatrick, with experience ranging from being a Residential Staff to eventually progressing to becoming an Executive Director at both Kaizen Academy (RTC) and New Haven Residential Treatment Center. Responsible for overseeing residential homes, managing care departments, and serving as a contact point for staff and parents. Holds a Bachelor of Arts in Behavioral Science/Psychology from Utah Valley University and a Master of Business Administration from Western Governors University.
