Evangelos Poppis

Evangelos Poppis is an experienced IT professional specializing in system reliability and infrastructure management. Currently serving as the SRE Principal Engineer and Site Reliability Engineer Team Leader at Kaizen Gaming since November 2019, Evangelos has previously held the role of Senior IT System Engineer at Viva Wallet, where responsibilities included designing and maintaining Azure-based payment infrastructures and enhancing application monitoring. Prior experience also includes IT System Engineer at QUALCO, focusing on highly available infrastructure solutions and virtualization technologies, and an internship at OTE group contributing to network upgrades. Evangelos holds a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Engineering and Information Technology from the Alexander Technological Educational Institute of Thessaloniki.
