Jeffrey P.

Jeffrey P. has a diverse work history spanning over three decades. Jeffrey began their career serving as an Army Officer in the US Army from 1985 to 1993. Jeffrey then transitioned to the transportation industry, starting as a Lead Dock Supervisor at Yellow in 2000. Jeffrey later became a Terminal Manager at New Penn Motor Express from 2001 to 2009. From 2009 to 2011, they worked as a General Manager at First Student, before joining Houston ISD as the Director of Transportation Terminals and Safety Training from 2011 to 2013. Jeffrey then served as the Director of Transportation for Humble ISD from 2013 to 2017. Jeffrey continued their career as the Director of Transportation at School District U-46 from 2017 to 2022, where they gained experience managing transportation operations. Most recently, they served as the Director of Transportation and Operations at Royse City Independent School District from 2022 to 2023, overseeing transportation and custodial services. Currently, Jeffrey holds the position of Senior Director of Student Transportation at Kaizen Health.

Jeffrey P. attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania from 1986 to 1990, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Criminology. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained certifications from Dale Carnegie Training in January 2018 and from the NAFA Fleet Management Association in an unspecified month and year.
