Tony Navickas

Director, Customer Engagement - Enterprise at Kaizen Health

Tony Navickas has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Tony began their career as a Leasing Agent at Chicago Apartment Finders, where they focused on providing excellent customer service and building relationships with clients.

Tony then transitioned into the healthcare field, working as a Senior Recruiter at Maxim Healthcare Services, specializing in pediatric private duty nursing. In this role, they handled various responsibilities, including recruiting, management, human resources, and sales.

Tony later joined One North Kitchen & Bar, where they started as a Server/Bartender and quickly showed promise, leading to a promotion as a Key Employee. Tony's goal was to become a manager in the industry, and their dedication and ambition were recognized by One North Kitchen & Bar.

After a break from the food and beverage industry, Tony joined Restaurants America as a Bar Manager at Townhouse Restaurant & Wine Bar. In this position, they were responsible for overseeing operations and managing the bar.

Tony's career also includes roles at Cafe Med By Bice, where they started as a Server and eventually transitioned to a Bartender due to their knowledge of liquor, beer, and wine. Tony also worked at City Storage LLC as a Sales Associate and later as the Director of Business Development, where they took on additional responsibilities and emphasized a team-first attitude.

Tony's experience in the healthcare field continued at Outcome Health, where they held multiple roles. Tony served as a Healthcare Sales Executive, a Patient Engagement Consultant, and a Client Success Executive, working closely with hospitals, health systems, and Integrated Health Systems Team to provide personalized solutions for patient engagement and satisfaction.

Most recently, Tony worked at Kaizen Health as the Director of Customer Engagement - Enterprise. In this role, they focused on solving access to care issues by coordinating transportation for patients and improving patient outcomes through a software logistics platform.

Throughout their career, Tony has demonstrated a passion for customer service, relationship building, and problem-solving.

Tony Navickas attended Downers Grove North from 1995 to 1999. Tony then pursued a Bachelor of Arts in Business with a focus on Marketing at the University of Iowa from 1999 to 2003. Additionally, they obtained a degree in Business with a specialization in Marketing from The University of Iowa Tippie College of Business during the same time period.
