Yasuyo Hirai

Yasuyo Hirai has been working in the professional world since 1985. Yasuyo began their career at Nagashima Ohno & Tsunematsu as an HR Manager and Executive Assistant to the Managing Partner. In this role, they were responsible for hiring 40-50 new employees annually, primarily through direct recruitment, as well as organizational development and HR integration during the firm's merger in 2000. In 2014, they moved to Pacific Reach Advisors, Inc. as Operations & Administrative Manager. Here, they helped launch Nippon Careers and KAIZEN RECRUIT for companies in the Japanese market. In 2015, they joined KAIZEN RECRUIT as Director of Operations and Customer Success Manager. In 2019, they moved to Canva as a Design LQA - Japanese and is currently working as a Japanese Manager at Mirai Clinical.

Yasuyo Hirai holds a Bachelor's degree in International Relations and Affairs from Tsuda College, as well as a Diploma in Business Administration and Management, General from the University of Birmingham Business School.
