Bill Wilson

Bill Wilson has a comprehensive work experience spanning over several companies and roles in the field of quality assurance and engineering. Bill is currently the Vice President of Engineering, Shared Services at Kajabi since July 2021. Prior to this, they worked at Smartsheet from 2013 to 2021, starting as a Quality Assurance Manager and gradually moving up to become the Sr. Director of Quality Engineering.

Before joining Smartsheet, Bill worked at Intelius from 2011 to 2013 as a QA Manager, where they managed and mentored a team and led QA work for a multi-million dollar ecommerce data service provider. From 2007 to 2011, they served as the Director of Quality Assurance and Customer Care at DatStat Inc, where they planned and managed the software testing process and utilized Agile and Scrum methodologies.

Earlier in their career, Bill held the position of Director of Quality Assurance at Attenex Corp from 2002 to 2007. Bill played a key role in testing and ensuring the quality of function-critical Electronic Discovery software. Prior to that, they worked as a Quality Assurance Manager at Watterson Prime Software, Bidpath.com, and point.com, gaining valuable experience in managing quality assurance processes.

Bill's career began in 1996 at Concur, where they worked as a Lead Quality Assurance Engineer for two years before moving on to Elekom in 1998, where they served in the same role.

Overall, Bill Wilson has been consistently employed in quality assurance and engineering roles, demonstrating strong leadership, technical expertise, and a focus on ensuring product quality throughout their career.

Bill Wilson earned a Bachelor of Engineering (BE) degree in Computer Science from Oregon State University from 1987 to 1991. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Hilo High School in Hilo, HI, from 1983 to 1987. Additionally, they obtained the Smartsheet Product Certified User certification from Smartsheet in September 2019.
