Brian Dean is an accomplished professional with a diverse background in finance and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Performance Marketing at Kajabi, Brian has previously held significant roles, including Head of Financial Analytics and Strategic Finance, and Manager of Finance and Business Operations. As the Founder and Coach at On Target Careers, Brian combines expertise in technology investment banking from Morgan Stanley and RBC Capital Markets with experience as an Investment Associate at Cerity Partners. Brian holds a Master of Science in Finance from the USC Marshall School of Business and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona.
