Dena Singleton

Dena Singleton currently serves as the Chief People Officer at Kajabi, where a team of 350 employees has facilitated the generation of over $5 billion in Creator Revenue since July 2023. Prior to this role, Dena held positions as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Trax Retail and VP of People at Porch. Dena's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Apptio, where the focus was on guiding the HR generalist team during a high-growth phase, and Starbucks, where Dena developed HR strategies for the Global Technology organization. Additional experience includes management roles at Microsoft, Praxair Distribution Inc., Pepsi Bottling Group, and Honeywell, complemented by advanced education in Labor and Industrial Relations from Cornell University and a BA in Political Science from American University.
