Senior Community Manager at Kajabi

Paul Choi has a diverse work experience in community management and marketing roles. Paul is currently working as a Senior Community Manager at Kajabi since January 2021. Prior to that, they worked at Esri as a Partner Program Community Manager from April 2020 to January 2021, where they focused on improving the partner experience and developing engagement programs. Before Esri, they served as the Director of Community Marketing at Carma Project from September 2018 to April 2020, playing a multifaceted role in creating and adapting community marketing strategies. From October 2016 to November 2017, they were the Director of Marketing and Customer Experience at SimplePractice, where they directed projects to enhance customer experience through online communities and brand ambassador programs. Earlier in their career, they joined Beer Belly as a Director of Brand Marketing in 2011 and played a key role in growing revenue through content marketing and strategic partnerships. Paul also worked as a Senior Community Manager at UberMedia from February 2011 to March 2012, developing scalable community workflows and establishing a unified brand voice. Prior to that, they had roles at Passenger, where they launched and managed online communities for major brands like Apple, Nike, and Coca-Cola.

Paul Choi has a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing and Entrepreneurship. Paul obtained this degree from the USC Marshall School of Business. Additionally, they have a certification in Community Management Leadership Program from the Community Club, which they obtained in December 2021.
