Kevin Hawkins

Operations Director And Head Of Social Infrastructure at Kajima Europe

Kevin Hawkins has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Kevin began their career in 1985 as the Plant Engineering Manager at BMW (UK) Manufacturing Ltd, where they worked until 1999. Kevin then moved on to Dalkia Utilities Services as a Contract Manager from 1999-2001, followed by a role at EMCOR Facilities Services as a Contract Manager from 2001-2002. Kevin then joined GSL as a PFI Mobilisation Manager from 2002-2007.

From 2007-2012, Kevin worked at Amber Infrastructure Limited as an Asset Manager. Kevin then joined Bouygues Energies & Services (UK) as the SPV CEO from 2012-2013.

Since 2013, Kevin has been at Kajima Europe. Kevin started as the Regional Asset Manager & Investment Director from 2013-2018, then became the Head of PPP Asset Management from 2018-2023. Currently, they hold the position of Head of Management Operations, where they provide leadership and strategic support to operational functions, partnerships, and subsidiaries.

From 1995 to 1999, Kevin Hawkins attended Brunel University London, where they obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Manufacturing Technology and Management.
