Jonathan Childs

Jonathan Childs, CRM, currently serves as Vice President of Risk Management at Kajima USA Inc. since July 2021, after previously holding the position of Director of Risk Management. In addition, Jonathan Childs is Vice President at Greenmont Insurance Inc. since December 2021. A solid foundation in risk management was built through roles at Trimont Real Estate Advisors as Director of Risk Management & Corporate Compliance from June 2006 to July 2021, and as Risk Manager at Post Properties from June 2004 to June 2006. Prior experience includes Assistant Vice President - Risk Management Consultant for Morgan Stanley Real Estate at Marsh and a Risk Management Consultant role for Lend Lease Real Estate at Aon. Jonathan Childs received a BBA in Risk Management & Insurance from the University of Georgia - Terry College of Business, completing studies between 1994 and 1997.
