Erica Fahlin

Erica Fahlin is an experienced Human Resource professional currently serving as the Human Resource Director at KåKå Group since January 2021. In this role, Erica manages HR functions for KåKå Group and its subsidiaries, while coordinating HR across Orkla Food Ingredients Sweden. Prior experience includes working as an HR Business Partner for Region Skåne and various HR management positions at The Adecco Group, where responsibilities encompassed strategic HR initiatives, recruitment processes, and leadership development. Erica’s background also features roles in the education and tourism sectors, alongside military service as a Personal Welfare Officer in Kosovo. Erica holds a Filosofisk Kandidatexamen in Psychology, specializing in Organizational Psychology from the University of Gothenburg.
