Jinwook Choi

JinWook Choi is a seasoned information security professional currently serving as CISO and VP at 카카오모빌리티 (Kakaomobility) since June 2021. Previously, Choi held the position of Region Information Security Officer for Korea and Japan at ASML from June 2019 to June 2021. With extensive experience at NCSOFT, spanning over a decade, Choi led security operations, security planning, IT compliance, and security audits. Early career roles included research positions at 금융보안원 and the Korea Information Security Agency, and a military background as a Lieutenant in the Republic of Korea Navy focused on IT and security at the Ministry of National Defense. JinWook Choi holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Computer Science from Soongsil University and was an exchange student in Computer Science at the University of Victoria.
