Jongsoo Kim

Jongsoo Kim is currently the Lead of the CBO Office at 카카오모빌리티 (Kakaomobility) since April 2023, previously serving as the General Manager in the CBO Staff (Business Planning Team) where responsibilities included organization development and process innovation. Prior to this, Jongsoo was a Senior Associate at PwC from August 2021 to April 2023, recognized as the 2022 PwCC Best Team Member and involved in significant projects such as the Hyundai Motor DCXT master plan and Hotel Lotte's customer integration CDP design. Experience also includes roles at Cordence as a Management Consultant focusing on performance management systems and strategy planning, as well as general management positions at Metalabs and Looxent. Jongsoo Kim holds a Bachelor's degree in History and an MBA from Yonsei University.
