Prenola Naidoo

Prenola Naidoo is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in various legal roles. Currently, Prenola serves as a Legal Advisor at KAL Group Limited since May 2023. Prior to this, Prenola held the position of Associate at Herold Gie Attorneys from January 2019 to April 2023, and completed rotations in significant legal departments including General Litigation and Corporate Law. Prenola was also actively involved in the Black Management Forum as both the Provincial Secretary and Chairperson, contributing to socio-economic development and support for black leaders in business. Educational qualifications include a Master of Laws in Corporate and Commercial from the University of South Africa and a Bachelor’s Degree in Law from Stellenbosch University. Additional legal experience includes working as a Student Consultant at the Stellenbosch University Law Clinic and participating in various leadership roles during academic tenure.
