Janien Jonker

Janien Jonker is an experienced tax professional with a strong background in regional and international tax management. Currently serving as Regional Tax Manager at Kal Tire Mining Tire Group since September 2023, Janien has previously held significant roles, including Head of TP and International Tax at Sasol for a brief period in mid-2023, and Regional Tax Manager at Kal Tire Mining Tire Group from November 2021 to June 2023. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Group Tax Advisor at Barloworld Limited, International Tax Specialist at Aspen Pharmacare, and various positions at Deloitte, culminating in a role as International Tax Manager. Janien holds a Bachelor of Commerce (BCom) and a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Pretoria, as well as a Master's degree in Taxation from the same institution.
