Currently serving as the Head PMO Engineering System at KALA Group since December 2022, Ajit previously held positions as Senior Project Manager at Astra Microwave Products Limited and Electropneumatics & Hydraulics(I) Pvt. Ltd., overseeing significant defense projects. Ajit’s experience also includes project management at Bharat Forge Ltd. and a strong foundation in planning and procurement management at Hindustan Aeronautics Limited, along with engineering roles in design and development. Ajit holds an MBA in Operations from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta and a B.Tech in Electronics & Communication from Babu Banarasi Das Institute of Technology and Management.
