Dr. Denise Cover-Miller

Dr. Denise Cover-Miller has had extensive experience in the ophthalmic industry. Dr. Denise is currently working as a Regional Sales Leader at Kala Pharmaceuticals since June 2021. Prior to this, they held various roles at Bausch + Lomb, including US Director Clinical Relations from October 2016 to June 2021, Regional Director Premium IOL Sales from March 2014 to October 2016, and Executive Clinical Outcomes Specialist from March 2012 to March 2014. Before joining Bausch + Lomb, they worked at LasikPlus Vision Center as an Acting Center Director and Surgical Optometrist from October 2006 to March 2012. Dr. Denise also served as a Clinical Director and Surgical Optometrist at Siepser Laser Eyecare from July 2002 to September 2006. Dr. Denise Cover-Miller has demonstrated their expertise in team leadership, sales strategy, new product launch, training and development, clinical relations, and building relationships with key stakeholders in the ophthalmic industry.

Dr. Denise Cover-Miller holds a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree from the Pennsylvania College of Optometry, where they specialized in theoretical optics. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree at the University of Pittsburgh, with a focus on biology, chemistry, and physics. In addition to their degrees, Dr. Cover-Miller is licensed to practice therapeutic optometry and manage glaucoma, although the institution and exact timing of obtaining this certification are unknown.
