Prior to Joining Kalaari, Kiran was COO & SVP at Paytm where he was instrumental in building payments & other business verticals. Kiran has more than two decades of experience in Internet & telecom sector. He was also part of the One97 mobility fund.

Indian Start-up ecosystem has evolved a lot in the last decade. Entrepreneurs today have good platform & support to build products that won’t just cater to Indian users but will also get great traction in global markets too. He truly believes that India will have more than 100 unicorns by 2025. And he loves backing entrepreneurs who want to build great products that can impact the lifestyles of millions of people in India and abroad.

Beyond work, he loves playing tennis and traveling. He has travelled more than 50 countries and loves meeting people from different places and cultures.
