Valerie Miller

Valerie Miller serves as the Director of the Center for Career and Professional Development at Kalamazoo College since January 2013, with previous roles including Assistant Director for External Relations and Interim Director. Valerie also holds a position as Adjunct Faculty in the Department of Theatre Arts at Kalamazoo College. Prior experience includes over a decade at Kalamazoo RESA as Program Manager and Teaching Artist in Education for the Arts, along with a stint as School Social Worker for Glenbrook High School District 225 and Contoocook Valley School District. Valerie's educational background includes a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from the University of Michigan and a Master of Social Work from Boston University, complemented by a Certificate in School Social Work from Loyola University Chicago.
