Jeni Opel

Jeni Opel, SHRM-CP, currently serves as the Administrator of Career Development at Kalamazoo RESA, a position held since November 2012, where Jeni supports leaders in programs aimed at providing work-based learning experiences for young adults. Previous roles at Kalamazoo RESA include Work Based Learning Supervisor, Human Resources Coordinator, Human Resources Manager, and Human Resources Generalist, demonstrating a strong background in human resources management and career development initiatives. Prior to Kalamazoo RESA, Jeni worked at Stryker in benefits and recruiting roles. Jeni holds two Bachelor's degrees from Western Michigan University, one in Elementary Education and the other in Dance.
