Jake Arndt

Jake Arndt is a dedicated academic professional with extensive experience in higher education and leadership roles. Since August 2006, Jake has served as a Professor at Kalamazoo Valley Community College and has held the position of Chief Academic Officer at Leadership Initiatives since 2004. Previously, Jake worked as a Graduate Student at WMU School of Communication from 2004 to 2006 and gained managerial experience as a Supervisor/Workforce Analyst at National City Bank from 2001 to 2005, overseeing staff and generating reports related to automated predictive dialing. Jake Arndt earned a PhD in Educational Leadership/Higher Education from Western Michigan University between 2009 and 2014 and a combined B.A./M.A. in Communication, Gender, Culture, and Society from the same institution from 2000 to 2006.
