Wendy McNeal

Wendy McNeal is an experienced festival coordinator and development professional with a strong background in event production and marketing. As the Hawaii Yoga Festival Coordinator at Kalani since March 2016, Wendy has successfully doubled pass sales and secured significant grants from the Hawaii Tourism Authority while managing a diverse team and a variety of international presenters. Previous roles include Assistant Festival Coordinator at Eastside Heritage Center, Director of Development and Communications at Hospice of Kitsap County, and data management roles in nonprofit organizations including Lifelong AIDS Alliance and Sea Shepherd Conservation Society. Wendy's expertise encompasses fundraising, project management, marketing strategy, and community engagement, supported by a BA in Communications & Marketing from The Evergreen State College.
