Raymond Matty

Raymond Matty is an experienced finance executive currently serving as Vice President Finance and Chief Financial Officer at Kalas Manufacturing, Inc. since June 2022. Previous positions include Vice President of Financial Planning & Analysis at Luna Innovations and Vice President of Accounting & Finance at Paramount Management Group. From December 2019 to September 2020, Raymond held the role of Chief Financial Officer at Shop Vac Corporation and spent nearly two decades at TE Connectivity in various senior finance roles, culminating in the position of Senior Director Finance for the Industrial and Commercial Transportation Business Unit. Raymond's expertise includes financial planning, budgeting, risk management, and operational management, with a strong track record of leading major financial projects and initiatives. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Finance from Lebanon Valley College and a BS in Accounting & Economics from Bloomsburg University of Pennsylvania.
