Jim Sparks

Jim Sparks is an accomplished financial executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as CFO at Kalderos since October 2023, Sparks previously held the position of CFO and Partner at Growth Operators from 2021 to October 2023, where services focused on finance, accounting, and human resources transformation for mid-sized companies. Prior experience includes serving as CFO at Nexben, where Sparks played a key role in raising Series A funding and significantly increasing company value, and earlier roles at Growth Operators, NEWSCYCLE Solutions, and OptumInsight, where leadership encompassed multiple functions such as finance, accounting, human resources, and strategic planning. Jim Sparks holds an MBA from Yale University and a BA in History and German from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
