Andy Lashua

Chief Operating Officer, Foundations at Kaleida Health

Andy Lashua has extensive work experience in various roles related to development, program management, and resource development. Andy started their career at Maxim Healthcare Services in 2004 as an Account Executive. In 2008, they transitioned to MJB Financial Services as a Licensed Life, Accident, and Health Insurance Broker. From 2011 to 2018, Andy worked at the United Way of Buffalo & Erie County, initially as a Resource Development professional and later as a Program Director. During their time there, they successfully grew annual United Way campaign revenue and volunteer recruitment. In 2018, they joined Kaleida Health as the Director of Grants and Programs, and later in 2019, they moved to the role of Senior Director of Development at the John R. Oishei Children's Hospital. Currently, Andy is serving as the Senior Director of Development for The Children's Hospital of Buffalo and Kaleida Health Foundations at Kaleida Health.

Andy Lashua completed an Executive MBA Program at the University at Buffalo School of Management, The State University of New York in 2015. Prior to that, they obtained a BA in English and History, with a minor in Business Administration, from Loyola University Maryland in 2002. In 2000 to 2001, they participated in an International Program for Business and European Studies at KU Leuven. Additionally, they have obtained certifications in the Class Experience Program from Leadership Buffalo in 2017, United Way Board Governance and Leadership Training in 2013, and Dale Carnegie Sales Advantage in 2012.
