Frances McGuire

Frances McGuire currently serves as the Manager of State and Federal Grants at Kaleida Health since January 2023. McGuire has extensive experience in rowing coaching and program administration, holding the position of Head Rowing Coach for the West Side Junior Women's Competitive Summer Program and Director of Administration at West Side Rowing Club Inc since July 2015. Previous roles include Program Manager for Double Up Food Bucks New York at Field & Fork Network from December 2018 to August 2022, Head Rowing Coach at Mount Saint Mary Academy from September 2019 to June 2021, and Capital Campaign Coordinator at Buffalo Toronto Public Media from November 2017 to November 2018. McGuire holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Government from Cornell University, obtained between August 2008 and May 2012.
