Heather Wallace

Heather Wallace has extensive work experience in revenue cycle management. Heather is currently the Regional Director of Revenue Cycle at Kaleida Health, a position they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they were the Financial Review and Recovery Manager at Medical Mutual from October 2019 to September 2022. Heather also has experience as a CBO Revenue Cycle Manager at University Hospitals from January 2018 to October 2019, where they provided supervision, led departmental activities, and developed strategic goals. Before that, they worked as a Business Consultant Revenue Cycle Management & External Trainer at Hyland from June 2014 to January 2018. Heather's previous roles also include Director of Operations at KapConsulting from October 2013 to February 2014, Manager at Mercy Health from August 2007 to October 2013, and Coordinator at Financial Healthcare from October 2002 to August 2007.

Heather Wallace completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from Kaplan University from 2010 to 2014. Heather then pursued a Masters of Healthcare Administration from Purdue Global, which they completed from 2016 to 2018. Currently, Heather is enrolled at Grand Canyon University, where they are working towards a Doctor of Education (EdD) degree in Organizational Leadership, which they are expected to complete in 2023.
