Kathryn Phillips

Kathryn Phillips has a diverse work experience in healthcare and management. Kathryn started at Hamister Group, LLC in 2011 as a Senior Operations Administrator and worked there until 2014. Following that, they worked at Brompton Heights, Inc. as an Acting Administrator for a year. In 2015, they joined Kaleida Health, where they held various roles including Value Analysis Agent, Project Manager Operations - Utilization Management, Manager of Clinical and Population Health Data Analytics, and currently, they serve as the Director of Enterprise Data Management Analytics and Value Based Programs. Overall, Kathryn has demonstrated their expertise in data analytics, project management, and healthcare administration throughout their career.

From 2016 to 2017, Kathryn Phillips obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree with a focus on Finance and Accounting from St. Bonaventure University.
