Ritika Naik, M.A., BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst currently serving as a BCBA and Team Lead/ABA Therapist at Sunny Days since April 2019. Previously, Ritika worked as an Outreach Therapist at Alpine Learning Group, Inc. from March 2017 to February 2019. Ritika holds a Graduate Certificate in Applied Behavior Analysis from Penn State University (2017-2018), a Master of Arts in Human Development and Social Intervention from New York University (2010-2012), and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Rutgers University - Newark (2008-2010).

Kaleidoscope offers ABA Autism Therapy Services focused on pediatric age children in our centers or the child’s home. The evidence-based history of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) therapy has proven it to be a best practice model used to support and provide effective treatment to individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). Customized treatment is provided individually and in small settings to create the most impact and learning opportunities for children. Helping your child develop independence and grow into adulthood is our whole life. We strive to provide both individual and community support to your family through advocacy, offering free parent support groups and by connecting you with resources beyond our own organization. Services offered in and around our centers in Massachusetts, Connecticut, New Jersey, New York, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Virginia and Arizona.
