Amy Raterman

Amy Raterman is an experienced program and project manager with a strong background in product development across various sectors, including software, healthcare, consumer, and industrial markets. Currently serving as a Program Manager at ETHICON Johnson & Johnson and a Project Manager at Kaleidoscope since 2015, Amy excels in managing the Product Development Life Cycle, utilizing best practices in quality management, and leading cross-disciplinary teams. Previous roles include Project Manager at Johns Hopkins University Applied Physics Laboratory, where Amy led the development of hybrid-fidelity model capabilities for Navy systems, and Modeling and Simulation Engineer at Booz Allen Hamilton, focusing on collision avoidance models for Navy aircraft.
