Joe Campbell

Joe Campbell currently serves as the Associate Director of Onsite Services and Talent Acquisition at Kaleidoscope Innovation and Product Design, a position held since April 2017, following roles as Manager and Recruiting Account Manager. In these capacities, Joe has excelled in building client relationships, negotiating contracts, and leading Talent Acquisition teams, with a focus on recruiting technical professionals across various engineering and design sectors. Prior to this, Joe was a Technical Recruiter at Aerotek, specializing in technical staffing for several industries, including aerospace and medical devices. Joe holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Marketing from the University of Cincinnati. Noteworthy achievements include recognition as the 2016 Recruiter of the Year and being awarded the 2016 NKY MVP.
