Kevin Bosco

Kevin Bosco is an accomplished Senior Conversational UX Design Lead at Kaleidoscope Innovation and Product Design since August 2021, leading a team to create engaging voice experiences aligned with business objectives. Previously, from October 2007 to December 2022, Kevin served as a VUI Designer and IVR Solutions Architect at J & M IT Consulting, providing IVR solutions for major clients such as Verizon and Kaiser Permanente. Kevin also held positions as an IVR Solutions Architect at CyberSource, a Lead VUI Designer/Architect at ACSC and USAA, and a Senior Project Manager at Aetna. Kevin holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Central Connecticut State University, completed in 1992.
