Rob Menchen

Rob Menchen is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in engineering and product design, currently serving at Kaleidoscope Innovation and Product Design since January 2021. Previously, Rob held the position of Engineer at Belcan from October 2016 to October 2020, managing multiple projects valued between $80,000 and $400,000 through various phases from conceptualization to certification, while collaborating closely with PDE teams and GE engineers. Prior to that, Rob was a Design Engineer at CDI Corporation where expertise was demonstrated in Slip Ring and Telemetry design systems for GE test engines, as well as leading efforts on the GE9X Wet Rig project. Rob began the professional journey as a Detailer Co-op at CDI Corporation, creating detailed drawings and understanding aerospace standards, after an initial role as a Junior Design Co-op at Alstom Power focusing on design and safety equipment. Rob holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
