Sebastiaan Scholte

Sebastiaan Scholte is an experienced executive in the air cargo and logistics industry, currently serving as CEO of Kales Airline Services since November 2020 and as a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group. Sebastiaan co-founded IMC Careers, which supports youth in pursuing careers in air cargo and logistics, and has held various leadership roles including CEO of Jan de Rijk Logistics and Chairman of TIACA and the Cool Chain Association. Scholte's past experience includes senior positions at Cargolux Airlines International and Aeromexpress, where Sebastiaan was responsible for international sales and strategic projects. Scholte holds an Executive MBA from IESE Business School and has completed executive education at Harvard Business School.
