Melissa Kindratsky is the Head of Engineering at Kalesnikoff. Prior to this role, Melissa held positions such as Canmore Structural Manager / Mass Timber Lead at ISL Engineering, Project Manager at 3 Point Environmental Inc., and Project Manager, Structural at Halsall Associates. With a Bachelor of Science in Structural Engineering from Heriot-Watt University and the University of Calgary, Melissa has a strong background in sustainable building consulting and structural engineering services.
