Niiles Nousuniemi

Niiles Nousuniemi has a diverse work experience spanning various roles in the media industry. Niiles started their career in 2007 as a journalist at Kaleva, where they worked until 2010. Niiles then transitioned to the role of an online writer for the same company until April 2011, after which they became an online producer until October 2014. From November 2014 to December 2018, Niiles served as the Editor in Chief (digital content) at Kaleva.

In 2016, Niiles also took on the responsibility of being a Board Member at Indieplace Oy, a position they held until December 2017.

In 2019, Niiles joined Kaleva Media as the Content Director until September of the same year. Niiles then became the B2C Content Business Director until January 2023, after which they were promoted to the position of Chief Operating Officer (COO) at the company.

Additionally, in 2019, Niiles also became a Board Member at the Media Industry Research Foundation of Finland and Lännen Media Oy. Niiles continues to hold these positions.

From 2003 to 2007, Niiles Nousuniemi attended Oulu University of Applied Sciences. No degree or field of study was specified during this time.
