Phil Sorrell

Phil Sorrell has worked in the technology industry since 1983. Phil began their career at IBM as a Marketing Manager for Enterprise Systems and Storage Products. In 1994, they moved to Forum as a Strategic Account Director, where they were responsible for sales, revenue, margin, mix, delivery quality and client retention. In 1998, they joined Unisys as a Client Business Director, with account executive responsibility for financial services clients Citibank, American Express and Woolwich (Barclays). In 2002, they co-founded and became Chief Executive of FE Mobile, creating the world's first secure mobile banking channel that could deploy secure Java applications over-the-air. In 2010, they joined Temenos as Business Director - Mobile, with P&L responsibility for secure mobile banking channel. In 2015, they became COO of Selified, creating the Selified identity verification service, go-to-market strategy, documentation and collateral. In 2018, they joined CyberSmart as Head of Corporate Partnerships, taking the company from having early direct sales to launch CyberSmart with corporate channel partners on a global stage. In 2021, Phil Sorrell was appointed Commercial Director at Kalgera.

Phil Sorrell attended the University of Cambridge from 1979 to 1982, where they earned a Master of Engineering degree in Engineering.
